Alice Everson -  Branch Manager
Alice is the Branch Manager and works alongside Jim in moving the business forward. Following an administrative career Alice moved into sales and has found her passion for recruitment. Alice brings a wealth of experience to Nidd with her ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent service.

Chantelle Tatham -  Recruitment Consultant
Chantelle works with our Northallerton based Clients and brings an efficient, friendly approach to recruitment; built up from her experience in retail management. Chantelle specialises in the Retail and Industrial vacancies we work on.

James Brown -  Branch Manager
James is the branch manager to the most recent branch opened in West Park, Leeds. James is a highly motivated graduate from York St John University and his background lies in Event Planning and Management. James played a major part in the success of numerous nationwide events and shows. Previous experience gained from employment has put the Leeds office firmly on the map. James is always thinking of new exciting ideas and hopes to push Nidd Recruitment firmly into the future.

Jo Sherwin -  Financial Director
Jo is the founder member of Nidd Recruitment starting the company in January 2004. With a hectic family schedule Jo now works part time maintaining her role as Financial Director for Nidd.

Jim Sherwin -  Managing Director
Jim is the Managing Director and driving force behind the success and expansion of Nidd Recruitment into Northallerton and more recently into Leeds. Jim has had a highly successful career in sales working at Endsleigh Insurance as an Area Sales Manager and as one of the countries top performing sales people for Yell. Jim now wants to establish Nidd’s future as one of Yorkshire’s premier recruitment companies.
